Exchange and Returns
In-store purchase may be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 3 days and up to 30 days, items can be return for store credit or exchange only. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in its original condition. Custom orders and sale items are final sale. online Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please choose an insured method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Returns take 5-7 business days to process.

We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times. We will never sell, rent or disclose this information to any third party. Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file.
General Warranty
General warranty of one year on custom orders. Warranty is voided if the items have been tampered with or have been subjected to physical injury.
Jewelry Care
Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending as stones are meticulously and precisely set and may pop out of their settings if shifted in any way. Solid gold can be worn daily. Avoid harsh chemicals on fine jewelry.
Gifts
All of our jewelry will arrive in custom packaging ready for gift giving.
Damages
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@adrianrosejewelry.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours with photograph of your order, and we will offer a refund and cover the shipping cost. Items that have any signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer.
